About

I'm here to support you.

Serving clients throughout Delaware and surrounding states via private-pay telehealth, I have intentionally built a focused, non-insurance-based practice that prioritizes quality over volume. I work with retirees adjusting to new identities, individuals coping with loss, adults facing health-related anxiety, high-functioning individuals who feel emotionally stuck, couples navigating retirement together, and those seeking renewed purpose and resilience later in life.

My practice is designed for those ready to engage in meaningful, transformative work—clients who are not looking for quick fixes, but for a deeper understanding of themselves and a more fulfilling path forward.

My hope is to teach people to see the connections between situations, thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. In therapy I try to get clients to become more focused on the present and help them to better cope with and experience unpleasant feelings that life inevitably brings. This helps them to both better deal with their problems in the present and bounce back better in the future.

About Tony

Anthony Siracusa, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist in Delaware and Massachusetts with more than 40 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth. Since establishing his private practice in 1984, he has worked with a wide range of clients, and has developed a particular expertise in the emotional and existential questions that often arise in the second half of life.

Dr. Siracusa earned his Ph.D. in Psychology from Indiana University and has built a distinguished career that extends beyond private practice. He has served as a consultant to courts, hospitals, rehabilitation systems, and businesses, and has been invited to present his work at professional conferences domestically, and internationally. He is a published author in peer-reviewed professional journals, and the author of Your Psychotherapy and Counseling Companion with colleague Randall Fischer. He is also a Lifetime Member of the American Psychological Association, reflecting his longstanding contributions to the profession.

Today, Dr. Siracusa focuses exclusively on adults age 50 and older who are seeking thoughtful, personalized psychological consultation. His work addresses concerns such as grief, retirement, changing relationships, aging, estrangement from adult children, questions of identity and purpose, and the search for meaning in later life. Clients often describe his approach as warm, insightful, and deeply conversational, combining decades of clinical expertise with genuine curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person's unique life story.

Rather than offering standardized solutions, Dr. Siracusa provides a reflective and collaborative process designed for individuals who value wisdom, depth, and personal understanding. His goal is to help clients navigate life's complexities with greater clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.
