About

Anthony Siracusa, PhD, is a seasoned clinical psychologist with more than four decades of experience helping adults navigate life’s most meaningful transitions. Now focused exclusively on adults age 50 and older, Dr. Siracusa offers a thoughtful, deeply personalized approach to therapy for individuals seeking more than surface-level solutions. His work is grounded in warmth, conversational depth, and a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s unique life story.

Dr. Siracusa specializes in supporting clients through grief, life transitions, relationship changes, and the search for meaning in the second half of life. He is particularly known for his ability to connect with individuals who feel that traditional, “one-size-fits-all” therapy has not met their needs. His approach is reflective, collaborative, and tailored to those who value insight, emotional depth, and lasting personal growth.

I am here to support you.

Serving clients throughout Delaware and surrounding states via private-pay telehealth, I have intentionally built a focused, non-insurance-based practice that prioritizes quality over volume. I work with retirees adjusting to new identities, individuals coping with loss, adults facing health-related anxiety, high-functioning individuals who feel emotionally stuck, couples navigating retirement together, and those seeking renewed purpose and resilience later in life.

My practice is designed for those ready to engage in meaningful, transformative work—clients who are not looking for quick fixes, but for a deeper understanding of themselves and a more fulfilling path forward.

My hope is to teach people to see the connections between situations, thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. In therapy I try to get clients to become more focused on the present and help them to better cope with and experience unpleasant feelings that life inevitably brings. This helps them to both better deal with their problems in the present and bounce back better in the future.
